I am going to my third Mets game this year, which, for me, is an extremely low number.  I'm usually at 8 or 9 by this point.

Needless to say, after having a 9-16 record in going to games last year, I am 2-0 so far this year. 

However, the Mets will be throwing out lowly (lately) starter Jorge Sosa, who has been in a major rut lately.  After pitching 8 shutout innings against Detroit, Sosa has been pounded for 13 runs in his last 9 innings.

This game is huge to win, since it is the Cardinals first game back to Shea since the NLCS Game 7.

I'd really hate to go to the Mets game, eat my Lioni's sandwich and watch the Mets lose 13-4. 

Uggghhhhh...
